School leader cohorts
We deliver cohorts to a groups of school leaders, enabling them to be AI confident. A flexible, five-module journey, perfect for groups of school leaders, with each 2-hour session building on the last. We tailor the focus to your school’s specific needs and context.
Module 1: Why AI
Understand the implications of generative AI for your school, identify your priorities, and build a team to lead the change.
Module 2: Experiment safely
Get hands-on with AI tools and gain the resources to run internal training on safe and responsible use.
Module 3: AI policy & ethics
Delve into the ethical grey areas of AI in education, setting a plan for your AI policy.
Module 4: AI literacy
Explore what students need to know about AI technologies and discover opportunities to integrate this learning across the curriculum.
Module 5: Communicating approach
Setting out a communications plan that you can put into action with your parents and school community, broadening your leadership in AI.

Pre-module

Learning continue on our personalised online platform, exclusive to your cohort.
A dedicated space to access resources, share progress, discuss implementation challenges, and provide peer support.

Individual school training
We have a number of affordable, interactive training modules. These can either be 1.5-2hr each, or combined into an inset day and delivered online or in person.

Experiment safely
We get your team experimenting with AI tools, with a mix of guided play, free experimentation, and challenge solving. This is suited for all levels of experience, tailored to your school values and your AI policy if you have one.
Safeguarding and AI
We’ll set out the range of safeguarding risks as a result of AI technologies and start the conversation with the team around potential responses and mitigations. This includes things such as Deepfakes, but also capturing things like how young people are accessing it for mental health support or using companion bots.
Introduction to AI ethics for staff
We explore AI ethics in education with a series of provocative questions designed to get your staff debating the appropriate uses of AI in school. A perfect way to get staff to feed in to the development of an AI policy for your school.

We explore with your students the topic of AI ethics with a series of provocative questions designed to get them debating the appropriate uses of AI in school and beyond. A great way to hear your pupil's views on AI and spark debate.
AI literacy for children
