At AIConfident, we’re building a community of impact-led individuals - people who believe AI should enable better decisions, fairer systems and more confident, capable organisations.
We're not currently recruiting for full-time roles, but we’re always looking for associates who share our values and want to work at the intersection of people, purpose and technology.
Who might our associates be ?
We look for people who recognise themselves in one (or more) of these descriptions:
- You’ve begun building a client base but find the business side draining - you’d rather focus on meaningful delivery.
- You’re doing well independently, but you miss the buzz of being part of a team that shares your values or people to bounce ideas with.
- You’ve been leading AI transformation inside an organisation but you want more impact and/or flexibility - you want to help others do it well and with confidence.
- You’ve developed great ideas or methodologies, but haven’t yet found the clients to bring them to life.
- You come from a product/technical background and you want to help clients build tools that immediately improve their workplace.
You don’t need to know everything about AI - our strength lies in expertise at the intersections. Maybe you blend AI with education, policy, creativity, operations or social impact. We’ll help you overlay AI knowledge where needed.

What you can expect?
We offer structure and support without taking away your autonomy:

We’re open to flexible arrangements - project-based, part-time or longer-term collaborations. Mostly UK-based, but with plenty of room to roam.
We are a for-profit organisation with a strong social purpose. We prioritise working with some of the most in-need organisations, at the expense of greater profits. That means our compensation is fair and transparent, but not modelled on corporate consultancy rates.
We want to keep our work accessible to organisations that need it most, whilst recognising our associates’ expertise.
