We want the transformative power of AI technologies to result in a more equal society
About us
The way we live and work is rapidly being transformed by how we design and use AI technologies
Whilst AI technologies will bring new opportunities for organisations that strive for social good, at the same time they are creating new risks for the most vulnerable.
At AIConfident we believe we must work towards a future where AI technologies results in a better and more equitable society.
We do this by:
- Equipping leaders to make responsible choices about how and where AI technologies are used
- Enabling leaders to drive positive AI-related change beyond their organisation - benefiting their customers or communities
- By working with schools, ensuring young people can thrive in a world where AI technologies are used widely
We work with organisations who share the same values and see the potential for positive transformation from AI technologies.
We’re backed by decades of experience at the intersection of AI technologies and society.

Our principles
Unashamedly human-centric
We believe in using AI to enhance people’s lives and help leaders and teams to work co-intelligently with AI technologies. If your primary goal is to cut jobs, we’re probably not the right match.
Led by your dreams and your challenges
We always start with ‘what do you want to achieve?’ and believe that choosing not to use AI can be as powerful as choosing to adopt it. Work with us if you want to be an organisation that takes a balanced approach to AI.
Empower your people
We believe in the power of your people to drive change. This means providing your people with the knowledge and tools to create lasting change - not just doing it for you.
A coaching-led approach to change
We want your unique values to be integral to your AI use. We ask the right questions to help you shape an approach to AI technologies that reflects your values and goals. Work with us if you want to embrace AI in a way that strengthens your organisation’s unique identity.

Our social purpose
The mission is urgent
AI technologies are bringing rapid change which continues to accelerate. The impact of these technologies is no longer avoidable and we want everybody to adopt and adapt to AI technologies responsibly, taking advantage of the opportunities they present.
We enable leaders across society to take positive, informed decisions about their strategy, people and culture in an AI-enabled world. We want to set them up to apply AI technologies to some of society's most pressing challenges.
AIConfident is a for-profit social enterprise
We are passionate about creating a world where the transformative power of AI technologies results in a more equal society. In particular, we want young people to be both inspired by, and cautious of the possibilities that AI technologies can bring.
Because of this, we re-invest some of our profits to provide below market services to help schools, charities and not-for-profits to benefit from AI technologies.
